These sessions allow you to stay active and improve your health and fitness, while your child is cared for in our safe, on‑site child‑minding facility.

Motherhood can sometimes feel isolating, particularly when much of your time is spent caring for others. Fit Mums offers more than just exercise, it’s an opportunity to connect with other mums, build friendships, and feel supported, all without having to be separated from your child.

Each class is varied and engaging, with workouts changing regularly to keep things fresh and motivating. The focus is on improving cardiovascular fitness, building strength and tone, reducing stress, and helping you set and achieve personal health goals.

Classes may include:

  • Aerobic movement
  • Resistance training
  • Plyometrics
  • Pilates and mat/floor work
  • High‑energy cardiovascular training
  • Weights
  • Core stability and isometric exercises

No prior exercise experience is required. Our qualified health professionals are on hand to provide guidance and tailor exercises to suit your individual fitness level and post‑natal needs. You are required to undertake an initial assessment prior to joining to develop a personal program and introduction to the equipment. This ensures your program is tailored to your individual needs, injury history and goals.

While we offer a range of class options, bookings are essential due to limited spaces.
