About You
You are an experienced and adaptable Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist or Occupational Therapist ready to take on a diverse clinical role and grow within a supportive team. Additionally, you will be:
- Degree-qualified with full AHPRA or ESSA registration
- Committed to delivering evidence-based, client-centred care
- A team player who thrives in a multidisciplinary, collaborative setting
- Passionate about contributing to the health and wellbeing of the community
- Comfortable working across multiple environments, from clinics and schools to aged care and sports settings
- Driven to continuously learn and contribute to the profession
- Previous clinical experience is highly advantageous

About the Opportunity
We’re inviting recent Physiotherapy graduates to join our supportive team at Entirely Health through the Healthia Graduate Program, a structured, energising pathway designed to set you up for success as you launch your physiotherapy career.
Based primarily at both our Rockhampton and Yeppoon clinics, you’ll apply your university knowledge in a real-world setting while working alongside experienced clinicians who will guide, mentor, and champion you.
The Healthia Graduate Experience
We know the transition from university to full-time practice can feel huge. That’s why the Healthia Graduate Program is designed to be structured, supportive, and genuinely growth-focused.
Your 10-month program includes:
- Two 3-day Education Intensives in Brisbane (February & July), where you’ll train with grads from across Australia and NZ and return feeling confident and inspired.
- Dedicated local mentors and a national Graduate Coordinator backing you every step of the way.
- Weekly education sessions tailored to your clinical area and level of experience.
- Access to broad intercompany professional development across multiple disciplines.
- Graduate-only sessions at our National Conference in Adelaide.
- Ongoing support from our in-house Education team; evidence-based practice is central to how we work.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
- AHPRA registration (or eligibility upon graduation)
- A genuine desire to help clients move and feel better
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
