At Entirely Health, we promote physical activity for people of all ages. We’re passionate about tailoring exercise to suit different abilities and fitness levels, and we believe everyone should continue being physically active in a way that’s appropriate for their capabilities, for as long as possible.
Our Seniors classes provide a nurturing and safe environment with a strong focus on falls prevention. Sessions are designed to improve mobility, balance, flexibility, confidence, and strength, helping participants maintain independence and functional capacity in everyday life.
Class Types
Seniors Advanced
Our Seniors Advanced class offers tailored exercise for individuals with varying fitness levels and capabilities. Delivered in a safe, supportive environment, this class focuses on improving mobility, balance, and flexibility while reducing falls risk. The overarching goal is to build strength and confidence to support independence and ongoing functional ability.
Seniors Bone Health
Our Bone Health class is scientifically designed for people with osteoporosis or osteopenia, as well as those wishing to maintain strong, healthy bones into the future. Led by physiotherapists and exercise physiologists, this class uses up‑to‑date, evidence‑based exercise programming to help maintain or improve bone mass, muscle strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility, ultimately reducing the risk of falls and fractures.
Seniors Falls & Balance
Our Falls and Balance class aims to improve lower‑limb strength and balance with the primary goal of reducing falls risk. Additional benefits include maintaining mobility, improving overall fitness, and increasing confidence with movement.
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
Our COPD class is tailored for individuals with respiratory conditions or reduced lung capacity. This class focuses on breathing techniques and endurance‑based exercises to improve exercise tolerance, functional capacity, and overall quality of life.
Our seniors love the fun, supportive environment we offer — a place where they can build confidence, stay active, and form social connections while exercising alongside like‑minded individuals.
No prior exercise experience is required. Our qualified health professionals are on hand to provide guidance and tailor exercises to suit your individual fitness level and needs. You are required to undertake an initial assessment prior to joining to develop a personal program and introduction to the equipment. This ensures your program is tailored to your individual needs, injury history and goals.
While we offer a range of class options, bookings are essential due to limited spaces.
