Hi, I’m Stefan. I’m a UK-trained musculoskeletal physio, and I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy with First Class Honours from the Glasgow Caledonian University in 2024. I’ve treated a wide range of injuries and conditions, including acute injuries, post-op rehab, tendinopathies, radiculopathies and persistent pain.
I adopt an individualised and outcome-focused approach to rehabilitation. This involves ensuring patients have a thorough understanding of their condition, incorporating manual therapy where clinically appropriate, and implementing structured, progressive
rehabilitation programmes aimed at facilitating a safe and effective return to meaningful activity. I also have experience conducting return-to-sport assessments using VALD technology, including force plate analysis and dynamometry, alongside sport-specific on-field testing.
Recently in South Australia, I worked in a public hospital musculoskeletal outpatient setting, where the caseload was largely focused on orthopaedic rehabilitation. This gave me the opportunity to further develop and broaden my orthopaedic knowledge and clinical skills. I particularly enjoy working with sporting injuries and tendinopathies in both adolescents and adults.
Outside of work, I enjoy coffee, walks in nature, going to the gym, and playing football.
