Hello! I’m Preside, a physiotherapist with experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. I completed my Bachelor of Science Physiotherapy from the University of the Western Cape, South Africa in 2024. I have a special interest in post-operative rehabilitation, as well as shoulder and lower back pain management, and enjoy helping people move better, recover from injuries, and return to the activities they love.

I’m passionate about working with patients to support their recovery and build strength and confidence through evidence based treatment and rehabilitation plans.

Outside of work, you’ll probably find me traveling, catching up on sleep, watching sports, or reading a good book. I’m also quite adventurous and love trying out new experiences whenever I can.
