Hi, I’m Jess! I was born and raised in Yeppoon and now primarily practice in Rockhampton, supporting clients across the wider Central Queensland region.

My journey into Occupational Therapy was an interesting one, after experiencing my own injury, I worked closely with an incredible OT who supported my rehabilitation and return to the workforce. Experiencing firsthand the impact that thoughtful, client-centred therapy can have on someone’s independence and confidence inspired me to pursue this career myself. I am passionate about helping others regain function, build resilience, and return to the activities that matter most to them.

I completed my Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) at CQUniversity and practice as a generalist Occupational Therapist. I have a special interest in chronic health conditions, pain management, and functional rehabilitation, particularly supporting clients to build sustainable routines, increase independence, and safely return to work or valued life roles. I also enjoy working with children, helping to develop emotional regulation, confidence and executive functioning skills through engaging, strengths-based therapy.

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and goal focused. I believe therapy should feel practical, empowering, and tailored to each individual. I work closely with clients and families to create realistic strategies that integrate into everyday life.

Outside of work, you’ll find me at Pilates, doting on my dog Pepa, spending time outdoors, or planning my next travel destination. I value balance, connection, and making the most of our beautiful Central Queensland lifestyle.

I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
